Information this website collects
This website collects only the information you choose to send us. Consultation requests are submitted through a secure, third-party form provider that we have a Business Associate Agreement with, so your information is handled under HIPAA safeguards and does not pass through this website's hosting.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your request, schedule and coordinate your care, and communicate with you. We do not sell your information, and we treat fertility information with particular care given how personal it is.
Tracking and analytics
We do not place advertising or tracking pixels on any page where you enter personal or health information. For a fertility practice this is especially important, and it is a deliberate choice that protects your privacy.
