Talia is, for many patients, the voice on the other end of the line: the person who explains the next step, answers the late-day question, and remembers where you are in your cycle.
She coordinates the many moving parts of treatment so that families can focus on themselves, and she brings steady reassurance to a process that can feel anything but steady.
